Another Potholder Show and Tell

Maggie in Arizona contacted me recently with her potholders that she made from my tutorial.


These ones really have that Southwest theme, don't they?

But these are my favorites. I love the colors!

Way to go, Maggie, and thanks for the photos!

    Cool! I made a bunch of potholders years ago. I still use them even though they don't match the kitchen I have now.

    Someone from Arizona?!!! We were there last week! I like both color patterns. I can apply this method to make bigger quilts, can't I?

    Who is gonna stop you? But you might consider using wider strips than 2 inches, unless you want to be making this quilt for a month....

    Oh I really need to learn how to sew! Do you do "Home Economics for Dummies" classes? And, please may I have the brussels sprouts recipe? I only know to boil them...

    I made a pair of your wonderful potholders a week befroe Christmas. They were a "last minute" gift for my parents, something they'll use year-round, I'm sure.. I've challenged myself to make a pair each month this year for gifts in December. ;)
