New Hatchlings!

These are all the current birds: some new, some old.
Aren't they cute?

These are all the new hatchlings.
From left to right:
tickled pink, a red birdie of passion, two purple birdies of serenity, a blue birdie of happiness, a green birdie of enthusiasm, and two black birdies of total sophistication and coolness.

I'm very pleased with the interest shown and sales are going swimmingly.

Next week, barring unforeseen difficulties, I should get my Etsy store up and running.
The special discounted price for blog readers (see previous post) will be in effect for only a short time longer, so don't hesitate!

I take Paypal, but can work out a special deal if you would like to pay with a check.

Here's a teaser of some of the fabrics I will be using for the next batch of hatchlings.

Introducing...

The Leetle Birdies

These leetle birdies just hatched and are ready for adoption.

They measure 3 inches tall and 4 1/4 inches from beak to tail.

They are lovingly handmade by me and constructed of 100% printed cotton and batik. They are firmly stuffed with polyester fiberfill. Their eyes are black plastic buttons and their beaks are made from Model Magic and painted with acrylic paint.

They are available in the following colors:

The Red birdy of Passion
The Orange birdy of Contentment
The Yellow birdy of Joy
The Green birdy of Enthusiasm
The Blue birdy of Happiness (what else?)
The Purple birdy of Serenity

And also available are some
Black Birdies of Total Sophistication and Coolness.
From left to right:  Red Spot, Squiggle, and Starling.

They will never wake you at dawn, they don't eat very much, and they wont make a mess of your home. However, they are not good pets for small children.

Special Offer for Blog Readers!

I will be opening an Etsy store very soon, but if you purchase a Leetle Birdy before I do, I will sell them at a reduced price of only $20 usd (plus $3 shipping).  Once the Etsy store is up and running, they will cost $25, so you are getting a deal!

I am hooked on making these for the time being, so there will be a near-constant supply of new designs.

Please email me to let me know which birdy or birdies want to live at your house!

I can accept Paypal, but if you don't have an account, we can work something out. Just email me!
