Chicken enchiladas with mole sauce, sour cream, guacamole, and fried rice with chili powder. Not something that is easily found or made in Singapore, where I live. Not something I've ever had, in exactly this way, before. But it was so delicious and low fat (yeah, right) and just perfect as the first meal of the year. One of those meals you revisit in your mind long after it's passed through your system.
